Return & Refund Policy

Prints (Art Prints & Digital Downloads)
Due to the nature of these products, all sales of prints and digital downloads are final and non-refundable. Once an order is placed and processed, I am unable to accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds.
Original Artwork
Original pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, the artwork must be in its original condition and packaging.
Return Shipping
If you choose to return an original artwork, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including packaging and insurance.
I recommend using a tracked and insured service, as I cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging so I can assist you.

2) How to start a return

Email dar.studio.arts@pm.me with your order number, item(s), and reason.

If approved, pack the item securely and ship it according to the instructions.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.
3) Damages & issues
Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us within 48 hours if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Include photos of the outer packaging, shipping label, and the item so we can make it right (replacement or refund).
4) Non-returnable items

Digital downloads (once the download link has been accessed).

Custom/commissioned or personalized artworks.

Sale items and gift cards.

If you have questions about eligibility, email us before purchasing.
5) Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If your item is eligible for a return and you would like a replacement, we will review it on a case-by-case basis.
6) Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you the outcome.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank/issuer may need additional time to post the refund.
If it has been more than 15 business days since approval, contact dar.studio.arts@pm.me.
8) Return addresses
We fulfill from France, Switzerland, and the UK. Approved returns will be directed to the nearest location in your RMA email.
