Digital products are delivered instantly after purchase.
Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email within maximum 48 hours a secure download link.

Files are in high-resolution format (suitable for printing up to the bought size).

🖨️ Physical Fine-Art Prints
We carefully produce and ship each fine-art print from France, Switzerland, or the United Kingdom, depending on your location and order size.
Your artwork will arrive securely packaged — either rolled in a tube (A3–A2–A1–A0) or flat (A4–A5) — to ensure safe delivery.

International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes imposed by your country.
These are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility.
We cannot mark orders as gifts or lower item values for customs purposes.
⚠️ Delays or Lost Packages
If your order is delayed or lost, please contact us at dar.studio.arts@pm.me with your order number.
We’ll help investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
🏠 Return Address
Approved returns must be sent to one of our fulfillment points (Switzerland, or UK).
Return addresses are provided by email after a return request is approved — please do not ship without prior confirmation.
